We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for sizing issues or change of mind.
If your item is faulty, or has broken within our 90 day guarantee, please email with your order number and images of fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
Change of mind returns will be offered a credit note. Sizing will be offered either a credit note or refund.
Please note that we do no longer offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item (eg size is too small) please start the returns process, and reorder the product in the correct size. You can wait until your return has been processed to reorder, but do to the high volume of our products, we cannot guarantee that we will have your size in stock at time of processing your refund.


Please post your returns to the address located on the returns form. Make sure your items are in an unworn condition, and are still in their original packaging.


Clothing must be unworn and unmarked. Return will be invalid if hygiene seal has been removed or is damaged.


Please make sure shoes are returned in their box, in a new, clean, condition. If the box has been damaged (ripped/ water damage) and cannot be reused, there will be a non refundable fee of $5 AUD. Please post box back inside mailer bag.
